Due to a technical error, Joo Kodit residents have received December rent invoices from Joo Kodit with old payment details. This applies to those whose residential lease has started before December and whose lessor is Joo Kodit (not Jaakko Niskanen or Niskanen Residential).

Residents can ignore this invoice as we will send them a credit invoice for it.

Residents will receive a new corrected rent invoice from Ropo during this week (week 47). If your rent invoice comes as a paper letter, it will arrive by post next week at the latest. The due date of the new invoice is 5 December and you can pay it to Ropo as usual. Thank you for using the payment details of this new invoice when paying.

I already paid my December rent, what should I do?

In that case, you don't have to do anything. If you have paid your invoice before Wednesday 20 November, you will not receive a credit invoice and Ropo will not send you a new rent invoice.
