How to rent a Joo apartment
We want to make renting a new home easy and carefree for you. Here’s how it works:
Find a rental apartment you like in our apartment search. Click on the "Apply now" link on the advert and fill in the booking form. You will need a Finnish online banking ID to confirm your identity. If you don't have Finnish online banking codes, you have derogatory marks on your credit report or you're under 18, please fill in this application form instead. If you are interested in renting one or more apartments for your business, please contact our rentals team via email at sales@joo-kodit.fi.
Once you've completed your application or booking, our rental representative will get in touch with you to arrange a viewing or to finalise the tenancy agreement. Both can be easily done online.
After signing the agreement, you’ll need to get a comprehensive home insurance with personal liability coverage and an energy deal for the apartment.
Finally, just pick up the keys. Good luck for your new home!
