Asuntoyhtymä's homes are now called Joo
Apartments owned by Asuntoyhtymä are now called Joo Kodit. The new name is our promise to make rental living carefree with even better and more personal service.
You don’t need to do anything. Your rent bill will now say Joo Kodit or Joo Asunnot, but all the other information is the same, including the account number for your rent payments. You'll also reach your customer representative in the same email address as before.

Questions about paying your rent?
If you want to change the due date of your rent bill or you have difficulties in paying your bill, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do:

If your request isn’t urgent, please fill in the maintenance request form below. Our maintenance team will contact you soon to fix the issue.
If the problem needs to be dealt with immediately (e.g. broken windows, water leaks), please contact the emergency hotline of the maintenance company for your home. You’ll find contact details for the maintenance company on the bulletin board in the lobby of your apartment block. They’re also listed on the contacts sheet you were given when picking up the keys to the apartment.
