Does something need fixing in your home?
In case you need urgent help due to sudden disturbance or damage, please contact property maintenance. Contact details can be found in the Jooppi app or on the bulletin board of your apartment complex. You can also order name changes for the door and door openings via the maintenance service. They also handle tasks related to heating, ventilation, drains, sinks, toilets, and sockets.
If your matter concerns home appliances, fixed furniture, a lost key, or a complaint about service and maintenance, please fill out the service request form in Jooppi.

Joo Kodit billing is handled by Ropo. If you have questions about paying the bills, please contact Ropo in the MyRopo service or see their other contact details here.
If your tenancy agreement lists Niskanen Residential or Jaakko Niskanen as the property owner and you have questions about your bills, please contact Joo Kodit customer service.
