Joo Mag: what an eventful summer

What's better than hanging out with neighbours in the yard, soaking up the sun? Joo Kodit summer events involved getting active, indulging in treats, and just chatting away.

Joo Kodit running school culminated in the Tervamaraton race

Getting active together is a great way to connect with neighbours. In Kirkkonummi's Joo.Arena, we held our second badminton night, while in Turku, it was all about the Megazone laser tag game. In Nokia, we laced up our running shoes as a running coach shared some valuable tips.

Joo Kodit's running school started in Oulu, and we've been hitting the pavement together since summer 2022. Our collective efforts culminated in a team of Joo Kodit residents taking part in the Tervamaraton race in summer 2023. The runners came back from Tervamaraton with new experiences and new friends!

Outdoor games and hot dogs

At Turku's Herttuankulma block event and outside Kirkkonummi's Joo Olohuone, we had a blast playing outdoor games. These events, organised by our rental representatives, also gave people a chance to chat about everything to do with rental housing.

New developments' opening parties were a chance to meet neighbours

Our new properties, Nokian Tanhuankadun Rumba and Hämeenlinnan Keinusaari were ready in the summer and welcomed their very first residents. We threw fun opening parties, where people got to know their neighbours and explored the buildings' amenities with their local rental representatives.

We also took part in an event in Lamminrahka, Kangasala, where we gave a sneak peek of the Kangasalan Kuningatar apartments, set to be ready in the autumn.
