Changes in bill payments

Joo Kodit billing has been transferred to Ropo in September, 2024. Ropo sends our rent bills and manages all billing-related customer services.

You will receive your rent bills via email, unless otherwise agreed. The sender's email address is laskutuspalvelu@ropo.com. You can also view your bills in the Jooppi residents’ app as before.

Please use Ropo's payment details when paying your bills. Please note that each bill has a unique reference number.

You can check your billing status and make payments in the MyRopo service. There you can also get in contact with Ropo's customer service. You can also see their other contact details here.
