Before picking up the keys to your apartment, you’ll receive the payment details and payment terms for the first month’s rent from your rental representative.
Once you’ve moved into a Joo Kodit property, your subsequent bills will be emailed to you from Ropo (laskutuspalvelu@ropo.com). If you haven’t received these bills, please make sure to check your spam folder. After receiving your first bill, it’s a good idea to order all following bills as convenient e-invoices straight to your online bank.
You can find all your bills easily in the MyRopo-service. There, you can check their status, make payments and contact Ropo’s customer service regarding any payment-related matters.
Bills are sent monthly, approximately two weeks before the due date. The due date for your rent bills is the 5th of each month, as stated in your tenancy agreement.
