Please return all the keys, including any mailbox keys or parking space keys, by 12 p.m. on the end date of your tenancy agreement at the latest. Put your keys in an envelope marked with your name as well as the address and number of the apartment, and return the envelope to the Joo Kodit office. Our office is located at Spinellikuja 5 D 181, 01700 Vantaa. You can leave the envelope in the mailbox by the front door.

Please return all the keys, including any mailbox keys or parking space keys, to the Riihimäen Lukkohuolto office at Valtakatu 4, by 12 p.m. on the end date of your tenancy agreement at the latest. Put the keys in an envelope and write your name, the address and the number of the apartment on top of the envelope.

The office is open on weekdays on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from Tuesdays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please always check the up-to-date opening hours directly from their site.

Outside the office opening hours, keys can be returned to the mail box next to the main door, when you put them in an envelope and name them clearly. Please do not return the keys without an envelope! The keys are the responsibility of the resident until they are transferred from the mail box to the key cabinet after the office has opened.

Please return all the keys, including any mailbox keys or parking space keys, to the office of LukkoLuket Oy, by 12 p.m. on the end date of your tenancy agreement at the latest. Their address is Kasarmikatu 14, Hämeenlinna.

The office is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. If the end date of your tenancy agreement falls on a weekend or on a public holiday, the keys should be returned to the mailbox at LukkoLuket's door at 12 p.m. on the end date of your tenancy agreement at the latest. Please put the keys in an envelope marked with your name, address and apartment number.

Please return all the keys, including any mailbox keys or parking space keys, to the office of LukkoLuket Oy, by 12 p.m. on the end date of your tenancy agreement at the latest. Their address is Ahjokatu 12, 40320 Jyväskylä and the office is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. If the end date of your tenancy agreement falls on a weekend or on a public holiday, you can return the keys by 10 a.m. on the next weekday at the latest. Please put the keys in an envelope marked with your name, address and apartment number.

Please return all the keys, including any mailbox keys or parking space keys, to our offices, by 12 p.m. on the end date of your tenancy agreement at the latest.

Limingantulli office:

Return your keys to Limingantulli if you are moving out from Kempele or from Oulu city center, Limingantulli, Karjasilta, Metsokangas, Hiironen, Hiukkavaara, Höyhtyä, Taka-Lyötty, Kynsilehto, Oulunsalo, Kempele, Kiulukangas, Tuira, Kakkuuri, Maikkula, Kivikkokangas, Vanhatulli, Vaara, Etu-Lyötty, Sarkkiranta or Metsärinne.

Our address is Limingantie 4 LT 1, 90400 Oulu. Please return the keys in the key drop envelope or another envelope marked with your name, address and apartment number to the letterbox of our office. You’ll find it next to the office door.

Toppilansalmi office:

Return your keys to Toppilansalmi if you are moving out from Toppilansalmi, Linnanmaa, Ritaharju, Lipporanta, Alppila or Välivainio.

Our address is Satamatie 5, 90520 Oulu. You'll find our office at the Joo Hetki café, at street level at the apartment complex. If you're arriving by car, the easiest place to park is outside the K-Supermarket. Please remember the parking disc!

Please return the keys in the key drop envelope or another envelope marked with your name, address and apartment number. You can leave the envelope in the letterbox, which is located at the foyer. If you are coming outside of the opening hours, you can enter using our door code, which you can find in the Jooppi app. You can also check the door code by contacting our customer service through the Jooppi app chat, by phone on 020 766 1390, or via email at joo@joo-kodit.fi

Our office is located at street level. You'll find us at the corner of the apartment complex, next to the daycare centre.

Their office is located next to the Main Library at Kirjastonkatu 14, 65100 Vaasa, and the entrance is through the cast iron gates.
